This is a Nigella recipe, if that's not allowed please remove We did this the other night and it's so easy and delicious! - About 500g small/cherry tomatoes, on the vine is preferable
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Simply half the tomatoes or cut larger ones into small chunky pieces. Lay them all cut side up in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with herbs (oregano is good) salt, sugar and olive oil. Place in an oven preheated to it's highest temperature and turn the oven off straight away. Leave either overnight or all day without opening the oven. They're nice eaten either as they are with bread and cheese, in pasta sauces or like we did to stuff chicken breasts with

I've posted recipes that aren't originals. As long as we give credit, I think that's fine.
That sounds really delicious. I love roasted cherry tomatoes.
