Using a 4 Quart Crock Pot.
--1 1/2 cups lentils --3 cups water --1/2 red onion, diced --1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed --1/2 cup shredded carrot --1 tsp salt --1 tsp dried mustard --1/4 tsp ground ginger --2 T soy sauce --1/3 cup honey
Throw it all int he crock and cook for about 4 hours on HIGH.
They are fairly heavy so a small bowl will do ya! If they get too pasty after sitting in the fridge (it makes a lot) then I thin it out with a little bit of stock or broth before heating it up. KC likes Them pasty and on crackers.
