2c fat free beef broth 2tsp minced onion 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp powdered ginger 1/4 tsp all spice pinch of ground cloves 1 lb. pork tenderloin 3 tbsp cold water 2 tbsp cornstarch
Pour broth into crockpot. In a small bowl mix all the seasonings (except water and cornstarch). Rub spice mixture on all sides of the pork. Place into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 6 -8 hours.
Remove pork and let stand.
Pour broth into a saucepan. In a small cup whisk together the water and cornstarch. Stir into the borth and cook, stirring over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Slice pork and serve with broth over it.
