1 stick margarine 1/2 c. ketchup 2 Tbsp. mustard Pince of oregano 1 Tbsp. Wircestershire sauce Cut-up friying chicken 5 to 6 peeled and quartered potatoes (optional) 1 quartered onion
Melt margarine in a sauce pan and add all ingredients except chicken, potatoes & onion. Wash and pat dry chicken. Arrange in roaster pan (blue enamel is best); add potatoes (if desired) and onion. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and continue cooking for 20 to 30 miuntes more.
