NAPPA CABBAGE SALAD
Mix ahead and set aside:
1 head of Napa Cabbage Green Onions (finely sliced)
Salad Dressing Mix: Boil all ingredients listed below together for 1 min., then cool.
3/4 cup oil 1/4 cup white vinegar 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup sugar
Salad Crunch Mix: Brown Chinese Noodles in 2 Tbsp melted butter. When almost complete, add almonds and sesame seeds to brown as well. The almonds and sesame seeds brown quickly.
1 2oz. jar sesame seeds 2 Packages Chinese Noodles (crushed) 1 Package Slivered Almonds
Add dressing and crunch mix to cabbage just before serving. Dressing keeps in refrigerator for a week.
