These are a bit of work but yummy
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate 3/4 cup margarine 3 eggs 1½ cups sugar 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup chopped pecans
1. Melt the chocolate and margarine over hot water, cool. 2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and light. 3. Stir in flour, nuts and chocolate. 4. Spoon into greased 9X13 pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. 6. Cool.
3 cups powdered sugar 6 Tablespoons margarine, softened 4 Tablespoons whipping cream 1½ teaspoons mint green food coloring
1. Combine the above ingredients and beat until smooth. 2. Spread over the baked layer, cover and chill 1 hour.
2 squares unsweetened chocolate 3 Tablespoons butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2-3 Tablespoons hot water
1. Melt the chocolate and butter over hot water. 2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. 3. Drizzle over the mint layer. 4. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. 5. Let stand at room temperature about ½ hour before cutting into 1-inch squares.
