This is one of my wife's favorites and it's easy to make- considering what it costs to buy Boursin this is an excellent way to save a few dollars too!!!.
2 cloves garlic 8 ounces sweet unsalted whipped butter 16 ounces cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon marjoram 1/2 teaspoon chives 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dill
Put garlic cloves through garlic press (or food processor). Add remaining ingredients and blend. Store in refrigerator. This can also be frozen successfully.
