~ Pineapple Filling ~
* My sister-in-law gets credit for this recipe. I'm not sure if it's a Pennsylvania thing, but they call this "filling" instead of "stuffing." This one goes great with ham.
Ingredients
1 cup sugar 3/4 stick of butter 4 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 bag of bread cubes (soft, not hard)
Cream the sugar and butter then add the eggs, one at a time. Pour in the drained pineapple and add the bread. Gently combine. Pour into a greased dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
