Makes 48
3 cups flour 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. butter 3/4 cups sugar Combine and press into mini muffin tins. Fill each cup w/chopped walnuts.
Melt 3 Tbsp. butter and add: 3/4 c. dark corn syrup 2 eggs 3 Tbsp. Sugar 3/4 tsp. maple extract Spoon mixture over walnuts and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
