A Robin Miller Recipe.
1 small to med squash, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces (I have added some eggplant in if i could find squash, or did both squash and eggplant) 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces 5 Skinless chicken breasts (i usually use 3 large ones from a family pack) 1 cup orange marmalade 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (I have done w and without it, both were good) 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Place veggies on bottom of Crockpot. Layer the chicken on top of it. Make sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over top. cook on Low for 8 hours, High for 4-5
