1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli florets 1/4 c. water 1 1/3 c. milk 1 lb. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat (sealegs) 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 1/2 c. Minute rice 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Bring vegetables and water to a boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add milk, crabmeat, butter, garlic salt and basil leaves. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 miuntes. Fluff with a fork. Serves 4
