12 slices bread 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 2 cups cooked ham, cubed 2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed (or shredded) 6 eggs 3 cups milk Sliced black olives (optional) Cut a 2 1/2 inch circle out of each slice of bread with a glass. Set aside circles. Crumble remaining bread and spread in a 9x13 inch pan, covering bottom and sides. Cook and drain broccoli and spread over bread crumbs. Next spread the ham, then the cheese. Put dircles of bread on top. Olives may be placed on top of circles for color. Beat eggs; add milk. Pour over the top of circles and all ingredients. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight. Bake, loosely covered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
