1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained) 1 large container (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1 banana, sliced (optional) Put dry pudding mix into large bowl. Stir in pineapple with its juice, the thawed whipped topping, drained oranges, marshmallows, and banana (if you wish). If desired, add 1/2 cup nuts. Put in mold and set in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Can be frozen if you omit the bananas.
