3 cups rotini (I like to use the tri-colored ones) 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and sliced Cook and drain rotini. Add remaining ingredients. Combine the following: 1/3 cup vinegar 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt Pour over salad. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
