This is my favourite recipe for making pizza dough. It works well for bread loaves and rolls as well.
I usually halve the recipe as the full recipe makes A LOT of dough.
Ingredients
4 cups warm water 1 tbsp. sugar 2. tbsp. yeast 1 tbsp. salt ¼ cup olive oil 10-11 cups flour
1.Pour warm water into a large bowl. Add sugar, do not stir. Slowly sprinkle yeast into the water, do not stir. Wait ten minutes until the yeast is thick and foamy. 2.Mix in salt and 2 cups flour. Stir in oil. 3.Add remaining flour, 2 cups at a time. 4.Knead until elastic. 5.Place dough in a greased bowl, turn to grease the top, place in a warm spot and allow to rise double. 1 ½ hours 6.After punching the dough down, knead for 2 minutes and then let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Notes: .Halved recipe makes enough dough for 4 14" pizzas depending on the desired thickness of the crust.

Can this dough be frozen in it's raw state? Probably gets made into delicious pizzas & gobbled up for there to be any raw left!
