1 lb chopped corned beef 1 lb sauerkraut, drained and chopped Just drain the jar, can or bagged stuff. It should already be shredded) 12 oz Swiss cheese, shredded 12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 2 c Thousand Island dressing 1 loaf small squares rye bread
Shred and chop corned beef. Add drained chopped up sauerkraut and add the Swiss cheese. Add the cheddar cheese. Then add the Thousand Island dressing. Mix all ingredients in glass cooking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until is bubbly and the cheese melts. Serve with or on rye squares.
