Quick, easy and a nice alternative for those who aren't into the green, leafy stuff
1 large package lemon Jello 2 cups boiling water 1 large can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 can blueberry pie filling (or cherry)
1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. 2. Add pineapple and blueberry pie filling and mix well. 3. Pour into 9”x13” pan and refrigerate until set.
Topping: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 ounces sour cream ½ cup sugar ½ cup chopped pecans
1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. 2. Spread over Jello. 3. Sprinkle nuts over top.
Chill until time to serve.
