1 pork shoulder 1 can of Black Cherry preserves
I slice the roast a little and slather the whole jar of preserves on the meat. Cook for 5 hours on High. A gravy will be made from the jucie of the meat and the preserves.
*I also do this with raspberry preserves too. it makes a ton of meat and its really tasty without being overpowering.
