Kids tired of regular spaghetti? Want to spice up pasta night but not kill yourself doing it? Here's a pretty easy recipe that gives you all the best of pasta, meat, cheese and sauce all in one shot
1 pound ground beef 1 teaspoon dehydrated chopped onion 1 jar (15.5 oz.) spaghetti sauce 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons butter 1 cup cottage cheese 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Cook beef until brown, stirring to separate meat. 2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and onion and stirr well. 3. Combine spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter in a large bowl and mix well. 4. Place spaghetti mixture in 13x9 pan. 5. Spread cottage cheese over top. 6. Pour sauce mixture over cheese. 7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. 8. Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
Serves 6-8.

I'm definitely going to give this one a try. I'm also going to add it to the casserole and beef indexes.
