Pesto Shrimp Salad
This is a dish I "discovered" long ago when I was a 14-year-old flying solo from New York to California. I was on American Airlines and they served a tiny dish just like this. Years later, it's a big hit.
Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti 1 small package of precooked shrimp Pesto sauce

Cook spaghetti according to box directions. Add in shrimp. Add pesto sauce scoop by scoop and stir until all ingredients are coated nicely. Chill at least 2 hours.
Note: I make this for parties from time to time. I once used the salad shrimp but found it was too small. A small shrimp is the best though.

I like how simple this one sounds. I wonder how it would taste with chicken instead of shrimp?
