~ Macaroni Salad ~
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup white vinegar 2/3 cup sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. yellow (American) mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 onion, finely diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1/4 cup grated carrot
Cook the macaroni. When it's done, drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix everything together. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
